It's a basic hotel for young people to sleep a few hours in between paties. For the price hard to beat when you get breakfast and dinner buffet. Don't go there if you want to sleep early.

Could use some ac in the rooms as well as tv.

Nice staff. The breakfast and dinner was good. 5 minutes walk to beach and other facilities.

This hotel is not for people who wants to sleep well at nights, drunk Germans up to the age of 30 will keep you awake, I promise. Room service good be better. But, what you pay for is what you get. No aircondition.

good price for the room, excellent breakfast, good dinner. kind staff. location was ok, just some meters to the airport bus station. near beach. access to the local shoppings. I recommend it.

When we arrived at Hotel Ondina, they informed us that it is closing for the off season in a few days so we were transferred to another hotel (Mediodia), which was a few streets away and owned by the same company. Both of the hotels were very close to the beach and some of the staff were the same. We paid for half-board, which was a very good deal, the variety of food was great for the buffet breakfast and dinner as well. The room was cleaned every day and all public areas were spot on.

There was only soap in the bathroom, I expected to have shower gel and shampoo. A hairdryer and fridge would have been useful but we coped without these very well.

The dinner and breakfast were fine.

The hotel was very poor and tired. The hallways were narrow and gnarled like a maze and we considered our safety in case of fire to be bad. Many young people stayed at the hotel having parties in their rooms through out the night without any remarks from the staff.

The service and the silent nights...

well the breakfast is not so tasty it is only egg and some ham. The dinner chips chips and chips booring and tasteless...

The location was good, just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Best parts of the hotel were the reception area and restaurant. The food was good value for money - lots of salad and fruit, good selection of desserts, a variety of meat and fish but only chips with main courses.

We had booked a triple room which was very basic - three single beds pushed together. No air conditioning meant it was difficult to sleep. The swimming pool was tiny but served its purpose. There were only 9 sun loungers in total.

I did not like the hotel as you whould think that they speek english which I found no one did.. I also think thet £400 for one week is to much to pay.the meal that they gave had no teast and was over cook.

It was 2 star hotel, so we knew what to expect. Food was delicious and every day different, room cleaned daily, good location.

No parking space, no air conditioners, was very thin so you can hear everything what was happening outside in the street.

Only 26 euro per night for a single room incl breakfast and dinner!

Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels daily. Helpful front desk. Location great for going out as plenty to do in area but someway out of Palma city centre. Transport would be required. Hotel delivered what it said it would deliver.

Noisy location very busy road and area. Views from balcony very urban. However apart from occasional incidents was not kept awake. No double beds in any rooms all single beds.

- Good localisation (close to bus station, beach, shops, pubs, restaurants, airport) - Low price - Good dinner (everyone can find something for yourself) - Free wifi in the lobby

- Room (I would have a hair dryer, air conditioning, fridge). But in this price the room is really ok for people not requiring (to take a shower, get some sleep). - The neighborhood of the hotel is quite loud, sloppy and dirty. - The beach in El Arenal is not so beautiful. - Hotel is definitely not for families with small children or people waiting alone.

Very friendly and languages skilled staff, very good food (according to the price for the stay), nice and clean room.

mattresses could have been better, we had some old spring ones, besides that everything was just fine. noisy street and people are not hotels fault, it is the area itself where all the people go out and have fun
